This is the recipe for a lovely avocado, blueberries and orange smoothie to start the day, and to finish my blogging week. I wish you a great weekend!
The quantities here serve 2. This smoothie is ready in less than 10 minutes.
- 1 small avocado, pitted and flesh scooped
- 2 oranges, juiced
- ½ cup of blueberries (I use frozen blueberries)
- 1 ½ cup of cold water
- 5-6 ice cubes
Combine the avocado, orange juice, blueberries, water and ice cubes in the blender, and blend until smooth.
Serve in two large glasses. Clean the blender straight away (it makes life easier).
